Therapeutic Focus: My therapeutic focus is LGBTQ+ affirming care, parents processing LGBTQ+ children coming out, non-traditional relationships such as ethical non-monogamy and polyamory, working with the kink community, gender identity issues, relationship issues, and integration of psychedelic experiences.

Approach to Therapy: My approach to therapy is non pathologizing and client centered meaning I believe my clients are the experts of their own story. I work to collaborate with my clients on ways to approach their issues from a place of empathy and compassion.

Fun Facts About Me: I am originally from Alaska, I am half Canadian, I have two cats, and I love going to music festivals.
