How we can help: Many of our clients come in wanting direction with emotions, life, relationships, etc. After spending time with their therapist, clients begin to feel like the therapist has their back. When you like your therapist you are able to work on anything with them.

We work to provide a safe environment where individuals, couples and families can come to work on their concerns that can include life changes, employment stressors, anxiety, depression, spiritual health and relational challenges.

We encourage people to move at their own pace so as to listen for the space where change can occur. We incorporate Narrative, Solution Focused, Internal Family Systems and Post Modern Therapies in the way we conceptualize our work.

We have done extensive work with gay, lesbian, bisexual, queer, questioning and transgender populations including working with their respective families. This includes addressing concerns such as trust, conflict, loss, abuse and transition in relationships. We also work with LGBTQ Allies, kink and poly communities.

We encourage taking a stance against the stated problem so a unity can be formed to over come it.
